Hi ho bloggers.  It’s the 8 th day of 2018. Where did November and December go .?  Family friend holidays, gifts,shopping,cooking it’s all a blur for me. How about all of you ? Anything different or fun ? Looking forward to knitting and amigurumi in the new year . Trying new patterns, new yarns and colors .   What are some of your project goals for 2018 I’m thinking of a knitting note book what do you all think .? What would be a knitters ideal way to write and keep track of projects,stitches, yarns, and ideas? March is soon approaching our first mystery knit  And amigurumi ,two different projects one knit one amigurumi with a weekly check on progress and next step blog . More on this in February. KNIT/AMIGURUMI ALONG!!!!!

It’s been a rainy two days here where I am, not very cold, and this is  what I consider to be knitty weather. Not that I need an excuse to knit but rainy indoor weather makes it more cozy. Where’s your favorite place to knit ......???  What’s your favorite weather? On to my continuing writing of this blog. As I sit back an look at all the other blogs that are out there,I ask my self why would people read mine ? What can I put in my blog that would interest the beginner to advanced knitter or people who love amigurumi ? So I’m putting this out there, I want to see pictures of your holiday knitting or amigurumi. What was the weather, snow, sun, or rain ?  Did you travel to family or friends? or did you host at your home , maybe you spent quiet time alone.  I would love small stories or info about who where and what too. Needles

I wanted to continue where I left off about needles, I mentioned to you that my favorites where Turbo, Addi Hya and Clover However I must point out there are so many other brands out there of wonderful needle Brittany , knit picks , delaQ  knitters pride ,Susan bate, lion brand, thhe list goes on.  Under the names I have shared, there are many different types of needle; straight needle , double pointed (DPN) for short , circular needles, both metal and wood, including exotic woods , carbon needles , interchangeable needles,needles of different sizes that screw into a cable , so you don’t have tons of needles lying around. Whew !   Ok, there is no one perfect needle out there. It is up to the individual knitter, your budget,your hands, your comfort, and project type. Needles are like extensions of your hands , you need to feel comfortable with them as well as being comfortable where you're knitting . Comfort in crafting is important no matter what it is . ...
